Chattanooga is a growing city that thrives off tourism, sports and recreation. My name is Eric Schult and I want to bring ice sports and recreation in the form of an ice-skating rink called Nooga Ice, open year-round, to the great city of Chattanooga. Chattanooga has many genres of year-round recreation, but ice skating has not been one of them. Nooga Ice will provide recreational ice skating, hockey, and figure skating programs. Currently, there are no options for ice skating year-round or ice sports in Chattanooga and the closest ice-skating rink is 2 hours away. Chattanooga is a prime, centralized location that can bring ice sports and recreation to the region.
