I thought things were going well, my court date is on November 14th and I'm getting my children back which is still the case. Then I get a phone call on Monday my 4 year old was sexually assaulted by a 12 year old boy. My son tells his foster mother he tried to put his pee pee in my mouth. This was last Friday. So since they couldn't find placement for this 12 year old they sent him home with his parents until Monday so they placed this kid in a foster home by himself. Now according to his parents they have no idea where he's getting these ideas from and the 12 year old won't talk. However the Special Victims Unit, ACS and the police are involved to conduct a thorough investigation to find out exactly whats going on. Now my question is where were the adults and why was my 4 year old left alone with a 12 year old in the first place? Question 2 how long has this boy been in that foster home and was this the first time he's done this to my child or anyone else's? I asked the foster care agency has this child had any prior incidents of abuse or strange behavior in the past? They told me absolutely nothing otherwise he would have never been placed in a foster home with other children. This is unacceptable and would have never happened had he been with his parents where he belongs. I'm so disgusted with this system and something has to change. My child could be scarred for the rest of his life because all the system cares about is money. Well I've got news for them when my kids come home they are going to have a beautiful trust fund waiting for them after I sue this corrupt system.
