Things are looking good according to our lawyers. They are filing a 1028 which pretty much means if ACS can't come up with enough evidence to support their side of their case they must turn them over to their parents within 72 hours. The supeona came in from the hospital stating my newborn was born with nothing in his system that shouldn't have been there. I've already signed up with parenting and haven't missed any of my visits. Also just to put the icing on the cake I have two witnesses, a social worker and my case worker who monitors the visits every week to state that the acs worker tried to have them write a false negative report on what was witnessed during the visits and what was witnessed before they took my children. I'm just praying nothing goes awry and I can have my children back, especially for the holidays. With that being said I hope everyone had a joyful and safe Halloween.
