In Massachusetts Parents should have the right to petition the courts to have their rights reinstated as long as they can prove they have changed their lives and Children should have the right to petition the courts to request where they want to live whether it be with parents, or another caregiver. In Massachusetts children have no rights regarding who they want to live with we need to change this. Other states allow children and parents to petition the courts to have parents rights reinstated as long as they have drastically changed their lives.
