We, the undersigned, have no confidence in Mr. Charles Bradley Rigler as Fairfield Area School District Board of Education president.

A. We believe Mr. Charles Bradley Rigler has violated the Board Policy 1310.1 "Any citizen of this Commonwealth, having a good moral character...... shall be eligible to the office of school director therein provided That" [Sec. 322] He has done this in the following manner:

a. His controversial and inflammatory YouTube video channel, The Rigler Report.

b. Based on public documents found though the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation, he failed to file Annual/Personal Property Return filing in the years of 2007, 2008 and 2012.

 B. Given that Mr. Richard Mathews was nominated while under Mr. Rigler's guidance as president, we believe this nomination is in violation of the Sunshine Act as well as our first amendment rights and should be rescinded.
