Good Morning All,
Just wanted to give a general update. I had posted a video on vimeo that the HEBISD et al decided hurt them when in fact the extreme injury was caused to our son. We had gone in front of the Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD school board over one count of Damon Emery's, the Assistant Principal's, horrific perjury in a hearing. Emery had committed MANY counts of perjury including the covering up of crimes taken against our son. The recording I posted was of the Open Session, not their Closed Session. So we stayed within our limits. "Someone" reported that it was hurting the school board. What they failed to say was that the HEBISD school board did EXACTLY what school boards across the state of Texas have been doing. We filed a legitimate grievance against Damon Emery and the school board vote was somehow UNANIMOUS and PREDETERMINED. The school boards, (Texas Association of School Boards - TASB), are advised by the Walsh Law Firm that Nona Matthews works for...go figure - no wonder subornation of perjury is so easy for Nona Matthews to commit. The corruption is so pervasive even per the Dallas News Watchdog Dave Lieber.
We have to do more to stop those like NONA MATTHEWS from abusing and using our children for profit. She does this because she knows she is surrounded by the tools to keep corruption in full force. The Texas Association of School Boards - TASB (advised by the Walsh Law Firm) is destroying our schools. Texas School Boards put Adults first and our Children second. We must do more to take back our schools for the children's sake. Fight against the corruption that hurt our children.
I would like to add this important disclaimer - I do not believe all Walsh attorneys are as corrupt as Nona Matthews, but there are enough bad apples to give the Walsh Firm a bad name. Its up to Jim Walsh to make the necessary changes to give their firm a better image. He knows what needs to be done.
Contact your school boards DIRECTLY to give our children the voices they need. Keep fighting the good fight. Take back our Texas public schools. Our children are counting on us...
Yours Truly,
Charles and Kristie Cripps
