Good Morning All, 

Its been a while since I've given an update on this petition. We have been working successfully on reporting the illegal activity by Nona Matthews while also memorializing direct evidence that shows Nona Matthews and school district employees lied. We've often heard of this happening, but at the end of the day, the fraud was committed against a 12-year-old child and that fraud to this day affects him in provably false judgments. 

We have a few more matters to take care of before addressing Ms. Matthews directly. I do want to share with y'all that our attorney helped Ms. Matthews in her fraud - as if our circumstances could not get any more devastating. But we have to ask ourselves, how is it that fraudulent judgments could be allowed otherwise. Our attorney, Marty Cirkiel never amended the records and never attacked the lies. He allowed them. We were never case participants. 

So please learn from us. Fight for your children. Stand up for them. Address matters straight up and directly. Do NOT attend ARD meetings when Nona Matthews is in the room. Ask for all documents immediately. Examine them for illegal or unknown changes. These are your children. They need you. Fight for them. The fight should never have been against fraud, but sadly in this state fraud is prevalent in our schools. Please, please do not allow Nona Matthews to be a part of your children's ARDs and if the climate becomes poisoned - start asking hard questions. You are your child's best advocate and they need you.
