Good Afternoon, I hope everyone is doing well. We haven't done an update in a while, so I wanted to reach out and share the latest we have found. It seems this Texas Education Agency and Nona Matthews corruption has been happening for years. We already knew that for the most part due to others that have been bringing this to the attention to deaf ears years ago, but I have been connecting with so many more as well AND I found this!!...a blog that is disturbing only because Nona Matthews does not have a conscience and the pain she has brought children and families has been far spread for so long. PLEASE keep fighting this corruption as others have tried for years to stop this. We have to do more. Nona Matthews needs to be disbarred. Yes we are still working on that, but in the interim we have been doing quite a few projects to expose her far and wide. In the meanwhile, please look at this blog below and PLEASE demand that Walsh attorneys do not attend our children's ARDs. They are CREATING a need for their services by intentionally being contentious. What Nona did to our son rather than her admitting wrong - was to destroy him and ourselves for years and years to come. We are one many of her victims. PLEASE continue to try and get them out of our ARDs. They are destroying the intention of IDEA and the child/family- school relationship INTENTIONALLY.
