Charge Individuals Inciting Suicides Through Bullying as Criminal Offenders (murderers)
The Issue
On September 4, 2023, 13-year-old Aubriegh Wyatt tragically ended her life due to relentless bullying by 3 girls (cannot be named due to court). They not only tormented Aubriegh when she was alive, insultingly continued mockery even after her death. Despite the numerous efforts by her parents to notify the school board - comprising of one of the tormentors' fathers, [REDACTED], serving as a superintendent - no action was taken to curb this school-yard terror.
Suicide is the second leading cause of death among young people aged 10 to 14, and a significant number of these cases are tied to bullying (Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 2019). We ask for justice not only for Aubriegh, but for all victims of relentless bullying, let's protect our young ones, our future. We call on legislators to enact stringent laws sanctioning those whose acts of intimidation and bullying push innocent lives into the abyss of despair, leading them to suicide.
Let’s ensure no other child shares Aubriegh's fate and no other tormentor escapes facing the consequences of their actions. Keep our children safe, help transform our legal system to reflect the gravity of these acts by signing this petition today.
