As a person suffering from the horrors of speech impediments, I see it very cruel that pronouncing my condition requires the use of the letter that a person with a lisp cannot pronounce. Having the letter "S" in the word lisp is like spelling the word stutter "stu-stu-stutter". It promotes bullying and degrades the user of the word if they have this impediment. Simply taking out the letter S or changing the word entirely would impact the world as a whole.
