Changes to how bullying in schools and community is dealt with

The Issue

4 years ago my daughter was bullied. She couldn't eat, sleep was scared to go out or to school. She self harmed and had nightmares.  I failed her at the time but so did the whole system.  Im lucky to still have my daughter, but many have lost their children to either suicide or an attack they didn't survive.  Last year I took a diploma in bullying in schools and began volunteering at my local high school. It was then I saw how their hands were tied when it came to dealing with bullies, and how the police could only do so much as there aren't enough juvenile detention centres,  not enough social health care workers , just not enough anything to protect the children. This NEEDS to change. The government needs to pay more money into these sectors to stop innocent children going through this. Please help me to make changes
