I’m starting this petition to raise awareness and demand accountability for the growing number of people who have lost their cryptocurrency through Changelly.com — a platform that promotes itself as a secure and user-friendly crypto exchange, but in reality, has frozen funds without explanation and failed to provide proper support.

In my case, Changelly froze my cryptocurrency without any valid reason. I completed the KYC process and submitted all the required supporting documents, yet I received no clear explanation and no resolution. After speaking with others and doing research, I’ve discovered that many users around the world are facing the exact same problem — frozen funds, unanswered emails, and long periods of silence from the company.

It’s clear that this is not an isolated case. We believe this behavior is unethical and potentially harmful to the crypto community at large.

We are calling for:

An official investigation into Changelly’s business practices
The return of frozen assets to affected users
Greater transparency and accountability from crypto platforms
Stronger protections for consumers in the crypto space
