Paramount" byline, The merger will make Warner Bros. made a contract deal with Paramount Pictures instead to make more movies ft. those WB/MGM classics, MGM will be also bought by Warner Bros. Paramount causing their franchise to be owned by Paramount while they make them under Paramount Animation and Paramount Players instead. Then it purchased Mediaset España Comunicación, S.A. to be rebranded as "Warner Bros. Paramount España, S.A." to produce Spanish titles for Paramount Studios. Paramount Media Networks became "Warner Bros. Paramount Media Networks" adds Pay TV for this company and even, both Nickelodeon (and it's subchannels) and Cartoon Network (and it's subchannels) air their same shows on themselves. Nickelodeon Animation Studio became "Hanna-Barbera Studios U.S.A.", CN Original Productions LA became "Hanna-Barbera Studios LA", Cartoon Network Studios, Warner Bros. Animation and Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe began to make their shows on Nick and CN (even SpongeBob aired on Nick and NickToons and now it airs on CN and Boomerang). HBO and Cinemax will merge Showtime to make it "HBO Showtime".
