Dear USC Hospitality,

        Without notice to students, Ronald Tutor Campus Center hours have changed and completely disrupted dinner hours throughout the entire university. Due to inadequate planning, dining hall lines are so long people are waiting on average 15-25 minutes at all three dining halls for dinner, the influx of students food needs is not being adequately met. Not only have they closed a major hub source for food to all students who use meal swipes and dining dollars but they have also changed the policy where they no longer accept meal swipes as a form of payment.

        We the students of USC politely ask that you immediately change your staffing hours to accommodate the unacceptably long lines at all three dining halls (EVK, Parkside, and Village Dining) to relieve stress on our entire food eco system and provide students with an option to use their meal swipes as you originally had previously last semester. We ask that you revert back to your old payment methods and longer hours just like Spring 2022. Lines have never been so long! Converting back to the original system will relieve thousands of students standing in line everyday at dinner right now just to grab one plate of food, now imagine wanting seconds?...
