On the heals of Strata change- of the no rental policy being abolished- so must the NO PET policy! 

As affordable buildings are being torn down, displaced people scrambling to find housing in these unprecedented times- many of us; especially during/after lock downs- have pets! Open up even more rentals in this time of great need. I hope you feel the same. 

I believe it's time to follow suit with Ontario.  

We call on the Honourable members of the Provincial Legislature to act on the behalf of Petitioners and to repeal and replace sections of the Residential Tenancy Act and the Strata Property Act that foster NO PET policies.
