There are many things you have to own a license to do in Georgia, for example hunting, buying a gun, driving a car, etc. The age to own any of these licenses is usually 16-18. Just like owning a gun, you cannot be under the age of 18, but according to www.nimh.nih.gov your brain doesn't fully develop until your mid-to-late twenties. I believe we should change the age limit to 21 at least but with a goal to change it to the set age of 25. Please sign the petition to make a change and limit gun violence.
