Rice University’s recent adoption of the “Unlimited meal swipes” plan eradicates the donation of meal swipes to less fortunate and off campus students, and the limit of 10 “guest swipes” severely cripples the ability of students to show their generosity by swiping in their peers. We are petitioning for Rice to revert back to the previous meal plan offered during the 24-25 academic year.
