After reviewing the golf cart ordinances from the surrounding towns, now is a great time for the town of Lowell to change their town ordinance so golf carts can be driven on approved streets.  

Currently, Lowell, IN does not allow golf carts to be driven on the roads. Many other surrounding towns do allow permitted use of golf carts with obvious rules in place governing them. This petition is in favor of golf carts on approved roads.  By signing this petition, you are showing the Lowell town council that a large number of the population/voters do want to utilize golf carts, following rules and regulations approved by the town.
