I propose that the warmup at international dressage competitions will be judged also, and a mark given here as well. The mark shall count for a third of the total score in the given class. The points will be given in relation to harmony, and to the classical principles. Display off rollkur should lead to disqualification.

This proposal is a response to the current and long undergoing downfall of the dressage competition world. 
We need to get back to the classical principles that the first FEI dressage guidelines that DeCarpentry among others wrote in 1929 to save the classical dressage in the settings of competitions. 
Dressage at the highest level IS possible without compromising Horse wellfare, but it takes years of Education of the rider and a Big portion of humility to the craft and to the animal in our care. 

Let us keep competitions, but let us stand together to make sure that we get back to upkeeping the traditional wants where the wellfare of the horse is first and foremost goal.
