My loved one was sexually molested while in detox at a local recovery center, ABC recovery center in Indio,ca. When the staff was brought aware and a police report was filed absolutely no action was taken against the employee in question.

The Staff member, Jose Gonzalez, was allowed back on site immediately with no investigation. We are in the middle of a lawsuit and will not stop until action is taken and this individual is held accountable for his heinous crime.

Sexual misconduct, harassment, and molestation allegations should be taken very seriously and the safety of clients and other individuals should be priority.

Please help sign this petition to change the policy at this facility to immediately suspend employees or individuals in question until further investigation.

Absolutely no one should ever have to go through this especially in such a vulnerable state of mind and body.
