The South Africa economy is looking very bad, this is partly in due to the poor education system the South Africa government has implemented. Delphi is a dead coding language, this is a known fact that the South African government seems to have over looked. Delphi is used in public highschools in South Africa, yet it is an outdated and unused coding language, not used in the modern day, not to mention it has very limited resources and the few resources there are, are generally outdated.

Delphi can also not be used to create an application, further proving its uselessness. Delphi can cause poor coding practices, as it gets learners used to the Delphi coding language and not a more modern or up to date one. South Africa has a large unemployment rate and teaching Delphi in schools does not aid this, as jobs using Delphi do not exist other than becoming a teacher. 

Our aim is to try to get this petition noticed by the South African government to replace Delphi with a more up to date and useful coding language such as python or C++.
