The Issue

I have become increasingly frustrated with the current photography company contracted by our school district. Their service has repeatedly failed to meet acceptable standards, which has affected not only our cherished school memories but the overall experience of students and families. I've experienced firsthand their rude customer service, which begins with the impatient handling of queries and extends to their dismissive treatment of concerned parents. This is not the kind of behavior we should tolerate from a company that plays a role in preserving our children’s important school years.

In addition to their poor customer service, this company has a troubling reputation for losing important photo files. On multiple occasions, parents have reported missing or incorrect photos in their orders, causing significant distress and inconvenience. The inability to properly manage such meaningful content is unprofessional and unacceptable, leaving us at a loss of preserving these fleeting moments.

Moreover, the owner of this company has affiliations with known corrupt officials, raising ethical concerns regarding the integrity of their operations. It’s disconcerting to think that the company entrusted with capturing our priceless school memories could be involved in any dealings that lack transparency and honesty.

Our children deserve better. We, as a community, should advocate for a change to a more reliable and respectable photography service. Let’s push for a company that values respect, efficiency, and ethical conduct, ensuring peace of mind for parents and a positive experience for students.

By signing this petition, you are supporting the demand for our school district to terminate the current contract and seek a new photographer partner who can guarantee quality services without compromising moral standards. Please sign and help us improve the memories captured during our children’s school journey.
