The Issue

This petition is for NHS to improve channels for NHS staff/employees to report bullying by GP partners in surgeries without fear of retaliation.

I am aware that in a local surgery, staff have been bullied out by partners.

This is particular relevant in GP top heavy partnerships where retaliation is possible should you complain.

The NHS needs to act on cases of GP partner bullying and take concerns seriously.

Identify problem members of staff.  Report to GMC/ICB/NHS.

If you don't, it will continue.
