Memorial for racing legend Dale Earnhardt SR

Memorial for racing legend Dale Earnhardt SR
The Issue
Ralph Dale Earnhardt Sr. ( April 29, 1951 – February 18, 2001) was an American professional stock car driver and team owner, who raced from 1975 to 2001 in the former NASCAR Winston Cup Series (now called the NASCAR Cup Series), most notably driving the No. 3 Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing. Over the course of his driving career.
Earnhardt entered 676 Winston Cup races, won 76 of them, and amassed more than $40 million in prize money. He was also a four-time winner of the International Race of Champions series 1990, 1995, 1999.
We want a proper memorial for him and his fans to enjoy which is public to everyone. His grave site is private and he already has his own statues but we want something special for everyone to remember him by and visit. If anyone has any ideas let me know.
