Help us prevent tragic accidents with the cats on our street. 
Hi my name is Kayla, and this petition is to stop speeding cars from hitting the cats on our block by adding a speed bump. Me and my grandma love animals and we want to help. Our neighbor was a elderly man who take care of the stray cats on our block. But one day the cats were looking for food, and eating out of the garbage. Our neighbor had a best friend his dog, one day the dog fell into the pool the dog was drowning, our neighbor had the courage to jump into the pool to save his dog, while saving him he had a heart attack. 
Me and grandma heard about the tragic news and decided to continue his legacy by taking care of the cats. It was the best decision of my life, I brought in a bunch of the cats. But sadly there are people who speed on my block and run over the cats. And Which has happened multiple times and don’t care, and every animal deserves to be buried not thrown out, so every animal that has died we bury them. 
Cheeto is a kitten who was 2 months old but was different from most cats he had no tail, but that didn’t stop him. Cheeto was my world and my best friend and was found in the middle of the road on July 30 2020. I was devasted so in honor of Cheeto I want to stop the speeding cars from hitting our stray cats on our block by adding a speed bump. Something has to be down I won’t loose someone else I care about from getting hit by a car.
