As students who have poured our hearts and souls into preparing for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2023, we believe that we deserve to be appreciated regardless of our results. We are not just numbers on a paper; we are individuals who have worked tirelessly to achieve our goals. The current date set for the announcement of results, 27th May 2024, is not suitable since it is the start of holiday for Hari Gawai Dayak. We propose that this date be moved to 22nd May 2024.

This change would not only will allow us more time to plan our next steps in education or career paths but also will give the opportunity for the school to appreciate their students like they deserve too in a grand ceremony to celebrate them. 

We understand that this is no small task and involves coordination among various departments within the Ministry of Education. However, we hope the the MOE heard our voice as a student because student is the future of this country!
