Letecia Stauch was convicted of murdering her 11 year-old stepson, Gannon Stauch, on May 8th 2023. Gannon was murdered on January 27th, 2020 and Letecia was arrested in March of the same year but has pulled numerous stops to delay the trial. She does NOT deserve to carry the last name Stauch around like a trophy, even Al (her ex-husband and Gannon’s biological father) mentioned this during his victim impact statement. I’m not sure if a petition on the matter will get the job done, but it is worth a shot. Let’s all sign this and get it over to Judge Warner or SOMEONE in the Colorado judicial system and give Gannon’s family one last bit of closure! STRIP LETECIA OF THE LAST NAME STAUCH AND RETURN IT BACK TO HARDIN!
