Change GUSA's Mascot to the Glasgow Geese

Change GUSA's Mascot to the Glasgow Geese
The Issue
Glasgow has for some time been the Glasgow Tigers. While a Tiger is not a bad mascot it certainly is not original, see the numerous sport's franchises and a cereal aisle for numerous examples. A tiger also has nothing to do with Glasgow as we have no native tigers nor a zoo that can even claim to host a tiger, and unless Joe Exotic or Carole Baskins were to suddenly migrate their zoos to Scotland it looks increasingly unlikely to ever occur. While it makes some sense with GUSA's colours being yellow and black but if you really think about it tigers aren't yellow and black, they're orange or brown and black. So a change is long overdue.
Geese makes so much more sense. GUSA is already pronounced Goose-ah; there a numerous geese native to the area; and The Glasgow Gandering Geese has a lovely ring of alliteration. More than anything it can be a unique and creative mascot that we can all get behind.
I can already hear you saying, "But geese are not that scary, and tigers are way more fierce", to that I would say you haven't been around enough geese. They are stubborn and aggressive in their own right and have traumatised many kids. They are also birds, who strike fear in around 1 in 10 adults (Fun Fact the fear of birds is called ornithophobia). While a goose might not have the teeth and claws of a tiger, people can rest easy knowing that tigers are thousands of miles away, but a goose lies waiting in every part of Glasgow waiting to aggressively honk at it's next victim.
For these reasons, we must change from The Glasgow Tigers to the Glasgow Geese
Thank you and Go Geese!
