Food Panda Riders need to get schedule in able for them to have delivery and it only takes few hours maximum of 4 or 5 hours according to my partner, and they need to get another schedule after their session and in order for that to happen they need to watch out to their rider app to find and get another schedule and sometimes they also need to be awake at certain time in able to find a good schedule, they are lucky enough if they find a continues schedule which they called "suglong" or like bridge so they will be more motivated to deliver, because sometimes if their schedule is not continues they lose interest to continue delivering on their next schedule which sometimes is that they need to wait some minutes or hours to deliver again, some of their fellow riders are kind enough to offer their schedule than to waste it in the way that they will just pause the app until end of the shift, in getting schedule sometimes they get deprived in sleep just to wait for hours to get schedule and if they are unfortunate they could not find anything that suites their interest or area, or they will be force to get in another area just for them to have schedule to earn.

If they will change and remove the scheduling system, the riders will have unlimited time to work when their app is on, and will just turn off the app if they want to rest for a while,  if they have emergency or if they just want to take their day off  like they have special occasion or they want to go on vacation for few days without worrying and wasting their schedule. The schedule that they sacrifice sleep just to have but for some unexpected emergency ,they will need to waste it or if they are kind enough or if they have enough time to offer it to others, but to no luck ,nobody will get it so it will be turn to waste.

Please kindly help me by signing this petition until it reach to food panda founder and system operator to fix their system, because they might have lose a lot of riders, specially now a days it's hard to find a job that suits their interest, and it's really hard to get in with another company with the same job like Grab App who have this on and off system which some of this food panda riders hoping to hop in if they have all the change.
