You have most likely seen Disney Plus’s cast release for the new Percy Jackson show, and were disappointed.

We all read the books, and heard the characters descriptions. We have imagined them as such for years and years. This show just does not make the child in any original fan happy or fulfilled. 

I understand that the choice is for diversity, but that choice should not be made about one of the main characters who is described many times as a white California girl. And Leo and Hazel are people of color already in the series.
