Ask Change.org to Close a Dangerous Loophole in its Petition Process
The Issue
As it stands, a user can start a petition on Change.org with a certain goal in mind, and, at any time AFTER people have signed the petition, completely change the content. This petition started of as a reference to the 1985 movie Back to the Future. Asking folks to save the fictional clock tower. I have completely changed the heading and this explanation now to show that this is a loophole in Change.org's system that needs to be removed as it can be a dangerous tool in the wrong hands.
Change.org, we ask that you eliminate all editing capabilities for petitions once a signature has been attached to that petition.
