When Justice was young he lived with his grandmother and was involved in sports. His 2 passions in life where football and basketball. And he excelled at both. At the age of 14 his grandmother passed away and Justice’s life took a turn that no one including him would expected. He turned to a way of life that was never intended for him, involving drugs and getting in lots of trouble with the police. 7 years ago Justice went to rehab and changed everything about him self. He has been drug free for 7 years and has not had any issues with the police in those 7 years. He is married and has custody of both his sons. Justice works for a well known HVAC company in Bracken County, he volunteers at the Germantown Park as a coach and has made a wonderful changes in his life. The kids and parents alike love Justice and his coaching techniques! One of the parents is having Justice work with their children one on one with batting skills. 
This year Justice applied to be a VOLUNTEER coach at the Bracken County Middle School. As always Justice was 100% honest and up front about his past because he always has been and was told it would be fine. After he attended a class, that he paid for, and a back ground check, he was told that he would not be allowed to VOLUNTEER. Even though a PAID coach also has a background that is not favorable. I am by no means saying anything bad about the coach, I’m extremely happy he has straightened his life up,  just like Justice has! 
My petition is to make a change in this situation and allow Justice to be a VOLUNTEER coach at BCMS! There are many parents and students who also want him there! 
Who better to work with our children than someone who can maybe spot a child who is struggling with something or just needs a father figure to look up to or someone who may be able to stop them from making the mistakes they did at a young age. 
Please sign this and let everyone know that your past is just that… your past. That people do change and become better humans sometimes because of that past. And think about the things in your past that you wish you had not done and how it would affect you if every time you tried to do a good thing it came back and bit you. 
I have 6 grandchildren who attend Bracken Co schools and all 3 of my kids went here. I would not and do not have a problem with someone who made mistakes and learned from them to coach any of them.
