Chandler Park Village HOA: Demand The Election Ballot Be Reissued With All Candidates Names On It

The Issue

A hired property management company does not have the right to leave candidates off of the ballot because she knows that these people want change for the community. Every homeowner that wants to run for their HOA Board has the right to be considered and every homeowner has the right to know the full slate of candidates running in order to make an informed decision.

“All CPV Owners, thank you for signing and for letting your voice be heard. We have a long way to go to make thing right here and we need more support. I just spoke with the gentleman that wrote to me yesterday regarding his 14 year struggle with PMS, he lives in another property managed by PMS and has suffered greatly at her hands. He found our page on Facebook and he has generously offered to donate $1,000.00 towards a retainer for a lawyer for us to fight this. The attorney wants a $5,000 retainer, if we can raise the balance of $4,000 we can fight this. Is there anyone in the community that would like to contribute?”
