Our Homeowners Association (HOA) continues to increase our fees without justification or adequate explanation. Many of us are living examples of the financial stress resulting from these constant hikes, struggling to keep up with the persistent raises in our HOA dues. Statistics show that the average HOA fee in the United States is $200 per quarter, but our charges have already exceeded this average by a significant amount. This steady increase in fees is adding financial burdens on top of our existing mortgage payments and living expenses. Additionally, we have seen little to no improvements in our community that would warrant such increases. We demand transparency, accountability, and a fairer approach to setting HOA fees, and I call for an immediate HOA meeting to address our concerns.
