We, the members of the Fundsz community petition the CFTC to unfreeze the Fundsz
accounts.
The CFTC indicated that they are seeking restitution to defrauded investors.
It is understood that the CFTC is acting to protect our money from an allegedly
fraudulent company, but due to their action they have caused the harm that they are
purportedly trying to protect us from.
The harm has resulted in the inability to withdraw funds from our accounts as we
have been accustomed to doing, and has prevented the company in returning members
deposits .
Fundsz has been consistently transparent with the community and the members signed
below recognized when they joined:
1. That there are risks with staking and were willing to assume those risks.
2. That 3% was an average weekly goal and not a guarantee of performance and
that there could be times with zero return on stake.
3. That this enterprise was not a registered retirement plan.
4. We also do not believe that any fraud has been committed against us.
We request the immediate reversal in the seizure so that Fundsz may continue to
satisfy their commission to the community to provide the weekly returns or to allow
the company to return the deposits to each member that requests it
