Cessnock City Council has demanded that Sterntaler Equestrian Services pay $250,000 for a BAR/BAL intersection at the entrance on Buchanan rd, Buchanan. Upon professional consultation an ammended intersection at a drastically reduced cost of $40,000 was proposed by an independent advisor. Council has disregarded this ammendent. Please note the increase in traffic on Buchanan rd is due to the construction of the Hunter Expressway. Council needs to be held accountable. If council deem Buchanan rd unsafe then they should foot the bill!  Support this small business ! Charge sterntalians! CHARGE !!!!
