Ceredigion county Council has now decided that all parking meters will be cashless from 1st of march next year. This will impact local business due to the high elderly population in the area. A lot of elderly people don't have bank accounts in the area. The council is arguing that people can pay for a year's permit by cash or cheque = £200+
