Every year we see roads blocked, traffic struck for hours. All this because of this festival of KAAVAD. While there is nothing wrong enjoying a festival but because of some thousand followers, lacs of people suffer everyday. All the highways in Delhi NCR are blocked. I myself have to take a routes within the city to go to my office which was normally 10 km away. But because of this festival, i have to cover 25km extra just to reach my office, that too after lot of traffic. My point is either don't block the highways atleast or provide holidays for working people so that they can atleast not suffer from this.
