I have seen many hardworking students getting 90+%ile in various competitive exams but still struggling with college admission just because they belong to general category. And lesser hardworking candidate with 70%ile is getting way better college just because they lie in some special category.

I feel that one should get one exemption in fees structure ,not, in rank 

This positive discrimination have created a burden on general category on getting admission and you even notice a spike in suicide cases after competitive exam results and after analysing i came to know that they are victims of this so called positive discrimination
