The state of West Bengal, India has Cancelled their board exams for the session (2020 - 2021), not endangering the life of their students. Since students make just 20% of our population, they make 100% of our future . 

Even if the students do not catch the virus, they may effect someone more vulnerable to the virus in their family. Losing young students can be one of the the greatest loss of an asset to our developing country.
