The CBSE counsel said to the Hon. Judge Ranganathan that CBSE will be filing in the Supreme Court for transfer of multiple high court cases by Friday this week (July 19).
The Hon. Judge was of the opinion that since they are moving the SC, it would not be in anyone's interest to give an order right now. Understanding the urgency, the judge advised that students already stand protected by the interim order on their marksheets, hence it does not matter even if the admission process or the classes start.
The Hon. Judge also quoted the case of Jharkhand student writing a letter to him for committing suicide because of the injustice. He agreed that he could not allow the policies of the government to break the education system of this country in this manner.
The judge also said that in case CBSE deviates from its suggested path and does not get a stay from the SC on AP Hearing by next week, the Hon. Judge will hear the matter every day starting next week Friday, at 2.15 PM.
