Vineet Joshi, Chairman of CBSE was also present and appeared highly nervous. After the hearing he soon fled from the scene, as he did not want to speak to the parents or the students to discuss any matter, inspite of being the person responsible. When asked if the process was fair, the CBSE counsel very well knowing he couldn't say it was fair, decided to just comment that this process has been in place at BITS Pilani and adopted world over. Though these were incorrect statements, and we wished to contend, the Hon. Judge, said there was no need of a debate currently.
