Dear sir, we mention herewith refine points as below for requesting extension of Svldrs:-
1. During 3 months extension i.e
Apr to Jun, 100% lockdown in apr and most of states are lockdown till 30th June.

2. All are suffered huge financial crisis due to COVID19 pandemic we couldn't collect pending amount to make a payment within short time of deadline.

3. Around Rs.4000 Crores are pending collection as on 01.07.2020 under Sabka vishwas legacy Dispute scheme. It will be great revenue to our government.

4. Finminindia took survey that who are all willing to pay near in future which the person's couldn't paid Bec of various difficulties.
Note: Many assesses submitted willing letter to our concerned range officer we are ready to pay including us.

5.We are seeking svldrs3 extension (but 50% assesses were deprived due to negligence of officers)

6.Many sectors like us couldn't open completely Bec of wide of covid n govt restrictions.The Govt. Came up with SVLRDS to mitigate the long pending dues & litigation, now because of COVID-19 though company have declared their amount to pay towards this scheme but might not be able pay those amounts reason being Liquidity crunch,
Extend in line with Vivad Se Vishwas

7. Currently All the units are facing liquidity issues and at the same time scheme deadline is very short period of time ( some cities were put in complete lockdown like us).

8.Due to Technical Glitches Many payments returned to assesses a/c after deadline.Now they all are willing to pay the tax.we are seeking that last chance to pay under Svldrs.

9.The schemes were framed to mitigate the legal fighting and pendency of the cases in which companies are right now facing the liquidity issues and therefore requested for the extension.Else pending litigations lead to many Msmes to shutdown mode.(Msmes is one of the backbone of India).
