I started this after I read about a dog named Parrot, he was dropped off a ledge onto concrete then when Parrot stood up to get his barrings the officer Scott Fike shot him, this happened a few yrs ago and nothing happened to Fike, i'm starting it up again so Parrot didn't die in vain, the officer in the picture had his knee on Parrots shoulders and then he spread the dogs back legs out just like they do to humans, that was wrong, so, if I can let one dog know his killer was brought to justice then maybe just maybe he can rest in peace,and yes I believe all creatures whether we walk on two legs or four we all have a soul, Thank You Alice from Canada
