Aim of petition : to show the overwhelming need and support of a catch-spay/neuter- release program in Medicine Hat. Develop funding options, change the impacts and reduce influx of feral animals in other community programs. Reduce the number of cats and kittens without homes by limiting their ability to repopulate, eventually reducing spaces in Spca and apark facilities.
