Do you see all these voiceless animals while driving these country roads....chains after chains.. when will it end? We can make a difference! Tons of cities and states have laws in place that end tethering! Why can’t we do this in Catawba County, NC? WE CAN! In numbers, anything can be accomplished!

Please let’s come together as a community and end all this.  NO MORE CHAINS ⛓
