It's personal, and it's upsetting. I had bought a subscription of Felix As Good As It Looks from Purina on 18/07, which quickly resulted in an alarming deterioration in the health of my beloved cat. He became lethargic, lost weight, and refused to eat. We rushed him to the vet, where it was discovered through blood tests that his liver levels were dangerously high. 

The cause of this sudden illness became apparent when I discovered an unopened box of the food emanating a foul smell akin to a decaying animal. Stains blotched the packages, and some of the sachets had burst with mould growing from them. This raises a serious concern not only for my pet but for all pets that consume Purina's products.

Purina, a renowned pet food company, has a responsibility to ensure the safety and quality of its products. It is incredible to think that they could distribute pet food that is not only unfit for consumption but actively harmful. No pet owner should have to face the heartbreak and worry my family has experienced because of this recklessness.

We are demanding a thorough investigation into Purina's product quality control procedures, their immediate accountability for the damage caused, and assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future.
