We, the undersigned parents, students, and community members, are writing to express our unwavering support for Cassie’s return as the Westfall Middle School Cheer Coach.

During last season, Cassie led the program through one of its most successful years. Her dedication, leadership, and passion helped transform the team from fewer than 10 participants into a thriving program of over 20 girls. Through her tireless recruitment efforts, she built excitement around cheerleading and created an environment where students felt encouraged, included, and inspired.

Cassie has poured her heart and soul into these girls, both on and off the field. She is more than a coach—she is a mentor, role model, and trusted leader. The girls look up to her tremendously, and the positive impact she has made on their confidence, teamwork, and school spirit is undeniable.

Her commitment to the program extends far beyond coaching. Cassie’s fundraising efforts brought in record-breaking support for the cheer program, helping provide opportunities and resources that directly benefited the students. She truly built this program from the ground up.

Beyond cheerleading, Cassie is deeply involved in the Westfall community as a substitute, PTA supporter, and participant in after-school programs. She consistently shows up for our students and our district, embodying the values of dedication, service, and community that Westfall stands for.

Removing a coach who has given so much to the success of this program—especially without transparency regarding the complaint being referenced—goes against the spirit of fairness and the values our school community believes in. Parent involvement is the backbone of many successful extracurricular activities in our district, and programs like this thrive because of individuals like Cassie.

We respectfully ask the district and decision-makers to reconsider this decision and allow Cassie to continue serving as the Westfall Middle School Cheer Coach.
