Constant Payne was a american made anime series that aired on Nickelodeon in the early 2000s. It would've been the first anime-based, action-oriented cartoon in it's history.However its life span was cut short when in its pilot episode the main character's blimp jet almost crashes into two identical looking skyscrapers fearing that it was too soon after 911 the show was cancelled leaving only a small pilot episode to remind us of what could have been. I am making this petition in hope Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon,Disney can some how bring this long forgotten idea back to life.
