If you were born in the 90s or early 2000s and watched television then you have definitely come across the old boomerang commercials. My goal is to bring those back! Those original commercials were fun, captivating, and had interactive entertainment when nothing was even playing (boomerang a long). Quite frankly sometimes as a kid I’d tune into boomerang just to watch the commercials. A couple years ago Cartoon Network completely rebranded boomerang and gave it a new modern look and sound ( which if I may why would you do such a thing when the whole channel is supposed to be “bringing you back”?) but along with this change all of the old commercials and old logo were completely removed and are missed by many. My goal isn’t to rebrand boomerang again because that’s out of proportion. I would just like to bring back the old commercials for new and old audiences to enjoy. I took marketing class for two semesters and while that doesn’t seem like a lot I learned a lot of things. Nostalgia is big in the consumer market today and tons of company’s are taking advantage of that. For example Disney is remaking their old titles for old and new fans to enjoy. I’m sure that if you were to bring back the old commercials the 90s and 2000s kids who tuned out will come back to hear those old commercials and even stay for the cartoons.
